| 57 | (b)Servicing/ repair of DG Set shall be carried out by authorised dealer/ agency of manufacturer as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and where service/ repair is being carried out at site shall be under the expert supervision of authorised service agent. |

| 59 | (d)The contractor shall employ minimum 02 No. manpower (01 -Electrcian , 01 Helper) at each area required for routine maintenance of DG sets. |
| 60 | (e)Filling of DHPP (N) in all mentioned DG Sets at various locations will be the responsibility of the contractor. However, DHPP (N) for filling in DG sets will be issued by MES free of cost through proper NIV. The labour part for filling of DHPP (N) in DG sets is deemed to be inclusive in unit quoted rate. |
| 61 | (f) DHPP (N) required at the time of maintenance/ testing will be issued by MES. |
| 62 | (g)Representative of contractor shall maintain & update the maintenance/ breakdown register regularly and same will be checked by Engineer-in-Charge periodically. |
| 63 | (h)The monthly check shall be done once in a month but whenever breakdown occurs in DG set, the contractor has to attend all complaint unlimitedly through authorised service agent of the equipment/ machinery. |
| 64 | (j)The unit rate is deemed to be included for Cleaning of the surrounding area of DG set upto 5 mtr from plinth protection ofE/M installations includingremoving of accumulated earthof any width and depth upto 15cm cleaning / Cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/ kerosene driven grass cutting machine andremoving thegrass waste to outside MD land. |
| 65 | (k)In case of minor defect, entire Job shall be completed within 06 hrs from the time of registration of complaint, failing which penalty charges @ Rs. 500/- per hours shall be recovered from the contractor. |
| 66 | (l)In case of major defect, the period for attending of complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC by assessing the extent of repair required through joint inspectionby Engineer-in-Charge and authorised service agent of the equipment at the site. If complaint is not rectified within the stipulated period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay, then penalty at the rate of Rs. 600/- per hours shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor. |
| 67 | (m)Please note that above penalty is exclusively other than the condition 67 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforced as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt. |

| 328 | The penalty shall be applicable to the contractor if the delay is noticed by the Engr-in-Charge more than twelve hrs after handing over works of urgent nature to the contractor. The Engr-in-Chargeshall handover the slip containing specification of work to the contractor by lodging the time and signature of contractor be obtained on slip.The contractor shall attend the complaint immediately and shall report to Engr-in-Charge with in 12 hrs. The contractor will keep his tradesmen in stand by for attending any routine / urgent works from the executive.If the nature of job is such that the work cannot be completed within period of 12hrs then the facts shall be brought to the notice of the GE/Engr-in-Chargeand the period for the working to the complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC. If the delay is more then twelve hrs period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay then penalty at the rate of Rs 50/- per job shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor. Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than condition 67 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt. |

Panel should be fitted with one No.polycarbonate IP 65, 9 W LED translucent bulk head luminaire color lamp not less than 6500K, PF >0.95 under canopy for easy maintenance. Panel shall be fitted outside with one No of 16 Amp 3 Pole IP65 industrial socket and 01 No. of 32Amp 5P IP 65 industrial socket. 3 Phase and neutral 250 Amp current carrying capacity of aluminium bus bar insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves with SMC/DMC insulators,complete with the following switch gears and mounting the panel board on ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate forbedding upto a height of 45 CM above ground level, including dismanting and taking out old U/s LT panel board and reconnecting existing LT UG Cable with new panel board amplete all as specified and all as directed and comprising of the following:- |
