TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS : FOR ITEM No. 1 To 6(a)Type of Emission Device (Working Principle of PM Reduction Active Element) : Electrostatic Precipitation (ESP), Catalytic Conversion or Wet Scrubber(b)Emission Limits as per CPCB Norms : PM 2.5≤0.2 G/KW-Hr, Smoke Limit (Light Absorption Co-efficient ≤0.7m-1 or OEM efficiency which ever is better efficient).(c)Particulate Matter Capturing Efficiency : Greater than 70% or OEM eficiency whichever is better(d)Back Pressure on Engine : There should be no Back Pressure from RECD to Engine Exhaust System(e)Material of Construction : As per OEM for which type approval has been granted by CPCB.(f)Emission Monitoring from Stack shall be Tested from any NABL approved Lab(g)RECD\"s Power Requirement : Less than 1% of Capacity used for Operation(h)Cleaning Mechanism : As per OEM(j)Noise Emission : No Increase in Noise Level after Installation of Retrofit Device.

NOTES : FOR ITEM No. 1 To 6(a)Output Result of the RECDshould be as per CPCB Norms as applicable and the OEM/ Manufacture should have Valid Type Approval with COP compliance Certificate.(b) The device shall not be directly mounted on DG set canopy.(b)The Quoted Unit Rate is inclusive of T&P Items such as Crane/ Hydra, etc. and civil work for proper erection of device as required at Site of Work.(c)The Scope of Work includes Emission Control System, Inlet and Outlet Pipe and OBD and all Accessories/ work as required at Site of Work for proper installation of device.(d)The Device should not have any Bye-Pass Arrangement.(e)DG Set shall be Tested on All Load Pattern as Available at Site during Post RECD Installation.(f)WARRANTY : The OEM shall provide Warranty of all respect for One Year Post Completion of Work/ Installation.(g)Contractor shall Furnish Manufacture\"s Written Instructions and Requirement about the Use and Maintenance of RECD System, its Operation and Maintenance Schedule.
