Tender For Provision Of Ht Breaker At Lower Pump House Under Age (I) Raiwala At Raiwala Mil Station.; 1 Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Vacuum Circuit Breaker HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz,drawn out type,indoor type, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear having rupturing capacity 250 MVA consist of PTs, CTs, Voltmeter, Ampere meter, indication lamps, frequency meter, PF indication with Over Current, Surge Current & earth fault protection relay and 4 ways annunciator window- 02 Nos, heaters and of rating 400 Amp. The VCB shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges etc., and conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.Note-: The Cost of makingfoundation for VCB is included in quoted rate. 2 S&F, connecting and testing of HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 11KV (Earthed) as per IS 7098 (Part-II) with stranded aluminium conductor ofsize 95 Sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed. 3 M & L for cable jointing kit suitable for 11 KV (E) grade cable indoor end termination, cold shrinkable type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm XLPE 3 Core HT cable armoured aluminium conductor cable join on existing or new cable removing burnt existing termination of Transformer, panel etc all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI earthstrip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means ofbolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Scedule part I (2009)withconected to eath test point including adequate quantity of charcoal dustand comman salt, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1chamber andfor earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover. precast RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars both wayswith MS handle 8 mm dia. PGI funnel and wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for wateringand 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe as earth lead protection pipe completeall as specified and directed.Note: GI earth strip and protection pipe upto and including 7.5m is deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.
