(Make of Ply :-Greenply/ Century/ Duro) 4 Replacement of Arms rest with S&F new Arms rest made out of black integral skin polyurethne reinforced with MS insert and shall be scratch and weather resistance of chair briefing static baised all as shown on drgs specified & directed by the Engr-in- Charge. 5 Replacement of shoe/Cap with steel screws where required with S&F new rubber pads of superior quality with suitable Steel Screws complete all as shown on drgs specified & directed by the Engr-in- Charge. 6 M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the chair CBT steel with arms/without arms, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac). 7 CHAIR DINING : FD-16(M), FD-203, FD-228, FD-279, FD-1105 : Dismantle, take out carefully & replace old components of chair. The cushion shall be fixed on top of 12mm ply BWR. The plywood to be cut as per size of chair dining seat and fixed to frame with screws as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge /GE. 16 S & F new Nylon Buffer of superior quality with suitable screws for fixing complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed. 17 Polishing one coat to Chair Dining with lacquer polish of approved make and brand after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire wooden surface. Filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship. The polishing shall be carried out after making the article intact by tightening all parts and carrying out antitermite and antibug treatment.
