    Repairing Of Fountain And Applying Pu Painting On The Surface Of Biswa Bangla Globe At Parama Island At Science City Crossing- Supply & delivery of CZ-40 (foam Jet nozzles) made from aluminum die casting, then machining, after that powder coated. 2 Supply & delivery of 2X1.5 ball join with top and bottom flange, made from aluminum dye casting, then machining, after that powder coated. Fixing with S.S Bolt - 5/16X2.5 long - 4 pieces. 3 Supply & delivery of Triangular bracket made from S.S strip. 25mmX5mm (5mm thickness) for LED Light mounting. 4 Supply & delivery of Mist nozzles (fan jet nozzles make from brass rod with nickel plating). 5 Supply & delivery of below mentioned items for Mist nozzles fixing on 20ft dia ring, water inlet line will be UPVC pipe with fittings as require 2 inlet line: 2 UPVC pipe 30, 2 union 8 pieces,2 elbow 15 pieces, 2MTA 20 pieces, 2 socket 10 pieces. 6 Supply & delivery of 2 gate valve. 7 Fitting & Fixing Charges of abovementioned items (item no: 1 to 6) for fountain. 8 Supply & fixing of 24 dia ring make from G.I pipe (medium). 2.25 OD GI pipe. Top of the ring 0.5 socket welded for 110nos. nozzles, bottom of the ring 4nos 2 socket welded for water inlet line. There will be four segments of the dia ring, both end will be flange welded. 9 Removing old paint from blistered painted surface of steel or other metal by chipping including scraping and cleaning and exposing the original surface. 10 Polyurethane Polishing to woodwork / surface of steel with required colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with preparing surface including scaffolding and hire charges of compressor machine including cost of filler and hardener material such as P.U. Sealing, P. U. Top coat (Matt/Glossy), Thinner, Spirit etc. and inclusive of all operation, material and labour complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 11 Sub-Total =3,64,760.00 12 Add GST @ 18% 13 Sub-Total = 4,30,416.80 14 Add LWC @ 1%
