Construction Of Railing Around Nilnag Lake.- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains,pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspitsand the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed for a lead upto1 meter fromcutting edge All kinds of soil : 2 Providing & Laying of Stone Soling tightly hand packed including watering, ramming and all other carriages, complett job 3 P/L in position cement concrete in 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded crushed stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering but including carriage of all materials from approved sources up to site of work complete. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns 6 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including weldingand bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes 7 Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture 8 Carriage of materials by MT from source to site of work including loading unloading complete. 9 Sand for an avg lead of 30 km. 10 stone Agg.for an avg. lead of 30 Km 11 Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Welded
