Tender For Repair And Renovation Of Store For Medicines And Equipment At Chc Ramgarh.-1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge, 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete 3 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed (All kinds of soil) 4 Stone aggregate (Single size) 25mm nominal size 5 Supply and laying of River Bed Materials including leveling, dressing, watering & consolidation in layer 20cm in depth each layer consolidated with power road roller of minimum 8 tonne capacity incl. carriages complete, 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with- 6.01 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 6.02 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 7 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level, 1:12:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 8 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above or upto plinth level, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 9 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete, Electric resistance or induction butt welded 10 Providing and fixing (0.50mm) thick single length bare galvanised roofing sheet ( color coated profile sheet) with all fixing accessories, butyl mastic tape at jonts, foam filler matching to sheet profile to make leakage proof joints wherever required etc. complete in all respect (Tata Bluescape/JSW/ or equivalent) 11 Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete, 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/Sqm 12 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete, Size of tile 600x600 mm 13 Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations. a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC Slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/ Brick Bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of Cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 Cement 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge to required slope and treating similarly the 14 Applying Hydro-proof around building for water proofing with all job completed 15 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 16 Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charg, In cement mortar 17 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in, Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand), with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 18 Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level 19 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content with ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter 20 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, Two or more coats on new work 21 Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary. Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) 22 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead of area of 3 sqm. and below 23 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows,clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Second class deodar wood 24 Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion (i) Single socketed pipes (75 mm diametre) 25 Providing and fixing (30mm thick) glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws ( Second class deodar wood) 26 Engaging Labour for shifting the material 27 Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete, with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 28 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) 29 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :- 29.01 Foundations, footings, bases for columns 29.02 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. 29.03 Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide 30 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix, 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 31 Providing and fixing in position precast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality, LD - 2.5 Rectangular shape 600x450 internal dimensions 32 33 Dismantling existing septic tank including disposal 2km all job completed including pumping out water from the site 34 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc, complete. Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 35 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content, With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
