Construction Of Stairs At Bangus- Clearing, excavation, filling, andcompaction of soil to level the stair construction area. This includes removal of excess soil, backfilling low areas with approved fill material, ramming, and ensuring a level, stable base suitable for concrete footing and stair stringer installation. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:4.4.3 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 3 Carriage/Extraction of departmental timber from departmental store/within forest area to Sawing Machine further upto site of work including loading, unloading, stacking and all leads/lifts complete job as directed from Average lead 80 Kms to and fro 4 Sawing of departmental timber into required sections, including labour, tools, equipment, and stacking at site as per directions 5 > Providing labour for carpentry work including sizing, dressing, shaping and fixing of timber planks for external wall cladding using nails/screws over a timber batten framework, including alignment, levelling and securely fixing complete job as per site requirement and instructions of Engineer in Charge. Timber shall be supplied departmentally. 6 Surface preparation of timber planks by sandpapering for smooth finish prior to application of varnish/polish/paint, including cost of sandpaper and labour complete in all respects. 7 Supplying, carving, finishing, and installing a Deodar wood welcome board of size 6 ft × 2.5 ft at the base of the wooden staircase. Work includes surface preparation, precision lettering (Welcome to Bungus), application of two coats of exterior-grade clear varnish or PU sealer, mounting on durable wooden posts or frame, and securing with anti-corrosive fasteners. The signage must be weather-resistant and visible to incoming visitors. All works to be executed as per approved design and placement.Includingengraved writing etc Complete Job Timber to Be supplied departmentally 8 Providing and applying two or more coats of approved quality wood varnish or polish to timber surface including preparation, cleaning, and application using brush/spray, complete job including labour and material. 9 > Supply and fixing of necessary accessories like nails, screws, bolts,Fevicol and clamps required for timber cladding work including handling and placement during installation.
