    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Cft; As Per Scope Of Work; Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc); As Per Scope Of Work; Yes Carry out a general visual check for any damage, leaks and tightness of attachments, any signs of abnormal leakages from any part of the vehicle should be thoroughly investigated and rectified. Check coolant level and top up as required. Coolant will be provided by the station. Check engine oil level, replenish as required. Do not overfill. Engine Oil will be provided by the station. Visually inspect the drive belt for correct tension and pieces of material missing or longitudinal cracks. Rectify or replace if it is frayed. and Check tyre pressure and inflate as required. Also check for damage, wear of thread etc. Check for steering wheel free play (axial & radial). Adjust as required. Check steering linkages visually for damage and correct fitment Report & rectify damage, if any. Check free play, stroke and force of accelerator and brake pedals and adjust as required. Check hand brake and other controls for proper operation. Check exhaust smoke and rectify, if any abnormality found. Check level in clutch fluid container and top up, if required Clutch fluid will be provided by the station. Check power steering fluid level. Top up as required. Steering fluid will be provided by the station. Start the engine and listen for any abnormal noise, unusual knocks, rattles and uneven running of engine. Rectify, if any defect found. Check vibration or shimmy of steering wheel and rectify. Check the engine on idle rpm. Observe & rectify oil coolant leakage if any found. Check operation of wind screen wipers and washer. Rectify any defect found and top up washer bottle. nt Check electrical gadgets for proper functioning & rectify, in case of any defect Check head lamp focus, adjust as required. Check operation of all lights, switches, horn and direction indicators & 10
