Plugging/Repair Of Leakage In 1200Mm Dia Jal Vihar Mains Emanating From Bhagirathi Wtp.- 1 Day to day maintenance of water supply by Plugging of various leakages occuring time to time in PSC Jal Vihar mains 1200mm dia,Shahdara OHT main 600mm dia, Shalimar park UGR main 450mm dia, Vishkarma park UGR main 800mm dia,Dallupura UGR main 700mm dia, Mandawali II UGR main 600mm dia, 600mm dia Jal vihar main from Laxmi nagarchungi to Trilokpuri UGR, BD block 250mm dia, E block,Mayurvihar pocket V,Mayurvihar OHT phase II ,Mayur vihar pocket IV, Mayur vihar 124, Mayur vihar 176 mains and its other mains of various size at site with the help of menpower& material like Fitters, Helpers, Beldars, Supervisiors,Chokidar, Electricionetc, with hiring of hydraulic excavator etc. with Transportation for To &Fro including loading and unloading at site. Work will be execute as and when directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Only for PSC pipelines excluding gap-piece work) 2 Day to day maintenance of water supply by Plugging various leakages occuring time to time by fixing of MS- plate/ MS coller/ MS welding work etc. in MS Jal Vihar mains 1200mm dia,Shahdara OHT main 600mm dia, Shalimar park UGR main 450mm dia, Vishkarma park UGR main 800mm dia,Dallupura UGR main 700mm dia, Mandawali II UGR main 600mm dia, 600mm dia Jal vihar main from Laxmi nagarchungi to Trilokpuri UGR, BD block 250mm dia, E block,Mayurvihar pocket V,Mayurvihar OHT phase II ,Mayur vihar pocket IV, Mayur vihar 124, Mayur vihar 176 mains and its other mains of various size at site with the help of menpower& material like Fitters, Helpers, Beldars, Supervisiors,Chokidar, Electricionetc, with hiring of hydraulic excavator etc. with Transportation for To &Fro including loading and unloading at site. (Excluding MS- Gappiece work & Job work at Sr. no. 01) 3 Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like.(lump sum basis) 4 Safety arrangement Helmet, Gum Boots, Protective Bodysuits, Hand Gloves, Portable Ladder, etc. arranged by the firmat site of work. (Firm will purchase all items of good quality and used at each site) 5 Providing lead caulked joints to spun yarn or C.I. pipes and specials, including testing of joints but excluding the cost of pig lead (average). (For works at Sr. no. 1, if required at site) 6 Hiring of 100/125 KVA heavy duty DG set at site with fuel and operator.(if required at site) 7 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level for road restoration if required. 1:4:8(1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 8 Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum, dewatering process and finally finished by floating, booming with brush etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be aid for separately). 9 Providing and constructing bund with filled up earth in empty (PVC) cement bags. (excluding the cost of earth which (200 bags) 10 Providing and fixing of 2 mtr high MS sheet barricading with frame of angle iron 40x40x6 mm every post to approved be welded with MS channel SIC 100x50x6.4 mm horizontal i/c making holes in the rate channel and for providing embedding of 16mm dia. Round torque bars in the road as per drawing as directed by the engineer in charge. 11 Supply of MS pipe of all sizes. (if required at site) 12 Chemical use for leak proofing. (Firm will purchase and used at site if required) 13 Welding rods for welding works at site. (Firm will purchase and used at site if required)
