Tender For Repair Work Of Connecting Road From Bhatawali To Itaura Scheduled Colony Via Gohali Pakri - WBM G-3 Providing and Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405 2 Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using machanicals means as per technical specification clause 502 including cost of bitumen emulsion 3 Providing and Applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumin pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including cost of bitumen 4 Providing, Laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using peletration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kl static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per technical specification clause 508 including cost of bitumen(VG-10). (By manual means.) 5 Providing and Applying seal coat with type “C” comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne and finishingto required level and grades as per technical specification clause 510 including cost of bitumen. ( By manual means.) 6 Brick edging on both sides of the road of frist class bricks 8.0 cm (3”) wide and 12cm (4.5”)deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing, ramming excavated earth asdirected by E/I. as per SI No- 765 7 Earthwork in cutting or embankment/patriin ordinary soil( loam,clay or sand) excavation to be done in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layer including the remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 meter lift and 1000 metr lead as directed by E/I including labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per (Sl.No. 253). 8 WBM G-3 Providing and Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405- For Interlocking 9 Excavation in foundation as per S.I. No 251 10 L.C.C. with 40 mm brick Ballast 1:6:12 as per S.I. No 275 11 Brick work 1:4 with cement and sand as per S.I. No .305A 12 Interlocking with 80 mm thick block pavement As per MORD Spection. 1504 13 12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. Mortar in 1:4 as per S.I. No. 564a 14 S/F of reflective sign board, etc 15 The routine maintenance of above road work including earth work repair of painted surface, earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement, road furniture etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost @ 0.0% 16 The routine maintenance of above road work including earth work repair of painted surface, earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement, road furniture etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 2% 17 The routine maintenance of above road work including earth work repair of painted surface, earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement, road furniture etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 3% 18 The routine maintenance of above road work including earth work repair of painted surface, earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement, road furniture etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 4.0% 19 The routine maintenance of above road work including earth work repair of painted surface, earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement, road furniture etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost @ 6.0% 20 The routine maintenance of above road work including earth work repair of interlocking or cement concretesurface, earthen shoulder, and interlocking or cement concretepavement, road furniture etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 1.0% 21 The routine maintenance of above road work including earth work repair of interlocking or cement concretesurface, earthen shoulder, and interlocking or cement concretepavement, road furniture etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost @ 1.5%
