    Tender For Providing & Fixing Five Rated Doors And Fire Rated Fittings At Hostel No. 10,17 & 18. Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 46 mm thick steel door shutter of 120 minutes fire rated (TATA Pravesh/Sukriti/Navair/Hormann/Bhawani/ approved make) confirming to IS 3614-2021 fabricated with 2 nos of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet sandwiching fire insulation materials (Rockwool) in between suitable for 120 minutes. Door frame are manufactured with 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed to form Single rebate profile of size 100X57 mm and fixing with dash fastener of approved size including 3 nos of hinges of size 100x75mm and other necessary fittings, filling the gap between wall & frame through PU Foam. The frame and shutter are finished with powder coated approved shade etc all complete as directed by Engineer In-charge.
