Annual Repair And Maintenance To Internal Road Such As Pothole Repair Berm Cutting, Jungle Cleaning And Removing The Debris Etc Of Mkcg Medical College And Hospital At Berhampur.- 1 Earth work in excavation in road embankment in hard soil or gravelly soil with in 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial liftincluding rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Carriage of excavated earth, debries, dismentaling materialsetcby mechanical means awary from site within 5Km lead including loading and unloading cost of all materials labour with T&P etc complete. 3 Clearing and grubbing road land in area of light jungle including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous cleaned with mechanicalbroom as per Clause 503 of MoRT&H specification. 5 Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks sweeping with brooms or soft brushesand finally dusting with old gunny bags and /orcompressed air to receive bituminous treatment 6 Providing and layingBituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (5th revision) AR Page 169 & Item No.45 7 Providing and layingSemi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (5th revision)
