Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Cmc); Undefined; No Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) Of Drona VC Systems with Professional Large Format Displays Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of Drona VC Systems with Professional Large Format displays and connected Hardware & Software at O/o DG(MSS), DRDO, Hyderabad includes the following scope: a) Industry Partner shall provide Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for the list of equipment enclosed in Appendix-A for the period of three years. b) Industry Partner shall do Preventive Maintenance of all equipment as per Appendix ‘A’ on quarterly basis. Preventive maintenance should be carried out to ensure that the equipment remain in reasonably good working order subject to fair wear and tear. Preventive maintenance includes inspection, repairs/ replacement of unserviceable or defective parts with same OEM (Compatible/upgraded version) or remanufactured. c) Break down Maintenance: If any breakdown arises during the currency of the contract, Industry Partner will respond/address the issues within 24 hrs from the intimation send by User via telephone/email. d) Industry Partner shall configure the latest software upgrades and updates, if necessity arises on all video conference equipment’s during the currency of contract. e) Display Systems: Regular cleaning, calibration, and hardware checks help maintain image quality, prevent dust build-up, and detect potential failures early. f) Any faulty parts or equipment shall be rectified or replaced with same OEM (Compatible/upgraded version) within 14 days from the date of reporting complaint. g) The AMC will be comprehensive and include cost of faulty parts/ Complete equipment replacement with same OEM (compatible/upgraded version). Further, the Industry Partner should provide the customer standby system for any systems which requires maintenance period of more than 7 working days. Once the faulty equipment is replaced with working equipment, the faulty equipment (without Storage) will be returned to the industry partner. h) Industry Partner shall repair/replacement of Power cables, Patch cords, HDMI Cables, VGA Cables and all other connected accessories without any cost, if required.
