Tender For Providing Providing Repair & Servicing Of 10/15 Kva Ea Sets In Bhimavaram Ocm Section Under Eluru Ba.; 1 Arranging general servicing for the above 10/15 KVA E/A set at site including replacement of lubeoil, filters, complete as required as per OEM recommendations 2 Supplying and replacement of fallowing spare parts / consumables for the DG set as required. 3 Diesel pipe of 1mtr length 4 Hydraulic Fuel Pipes with Banjo-bolt connectors 5 DG set stop solenoid assembly 6 V Belts Cogged Type 7 e) S/F of ON/OFF Push button with wiring 8 De-coupling and removingof 10KVA Kirloskar Alternator of Canopy DG set andtransportationto the specializedworkshop at Vijayawada/Eluru i/cloading and unloading at Tundurru complete as required 9 Dismantling/ separationof rotor & stator from 10KVA Alternator (M/s Kirloskar Green), removing of burnt/ faultywinding, cleaning of stator/rotor core, re-winding of Alternator Windings ( both Stator & Rotor winding) of 1-ph, 10KVAAlternator (for 230V, 50Hz ,1-ph power supply output)with F/H class insulated copper/wire/strip, applying varnish, drying the same by keeping in oven etc as required. (Note: after deduction of salvage value of old copper) 10 Transportation of the repaired alternator from work shop @ Vijayawada/Eluru to Tundurru & Re-coupling of alternator to Engine,Re-alignment with dial gauge with high skilled Technician, reconnection of outgoing cables both earthlings and testing on load etc as required 11 Supply and fixing of SMPS battery charger suitable for charging lead acid battery with 230V 50HZ AC supply input and 12V DC output i/c short circuit protection, reverse battery terminal protection etc as required. 12 Supply, installation, testingof 12V, 100AHLead acid battery wth 24months peace to peace warranty low maintenance including initial charging complete etc as required. (Model: Exide-Genplus 110D31R) 13 Repairing and calibration of fuel injection pump assembly & nozzles of 10/15 KVA EA set including removing / refaxing transportation charges to work shop complete as required 14 Prdg. Repairs to self motorTVS model of 10/15KVA capacity DG set at work shop by replacing burnt field winding ,Armature,brushes,i/c dismantling of assembly& transportation ,Providing repairs and reinstallation after repair the same etc as required. 15 Replacement of stainless steel door hinges in place damage door hingessuitable for above DG set as required 16 Replacement of stainless steel dooraldrops Heavy Dutyin place damage lock suitable for locking arrangementabove DG set as required 17 Supply and fixing of Bitumen tar sheet on the top of the 15KVA capacity DG set canopy for rusted roof of the canopy and preventing water leakages etc as required. 18 Repair of burnt Exhaust Fan at work shop by replacing burntwinding ,capacitor i/c dismantling of assembly& transportation ,Providing repairs and reinstallation after repair the same etc as required. 19 Testing and commissioning of the 10/15 KVA above set with cable connections, earth connections, silencer fixing and engine/alternator parameters etc complete as required. 20 S/F of AVR in Alternator excitation circuit of Kirloskar make and model i/c necessary interconnections, testing on load etc as required
