(East) Under Ge (North) Pune.; 1 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed. 3 M&L for 40 mm thick Cement concrete1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in sub basecomplete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling existingtiling complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L colouredVitrified Double Chargetiles8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floor/skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 6 All as per item no. 5 as above but on vertical surface such as skirting,riser etc, with 10 mm plaster in 1:4 CM complete all as specified and as directed 7 M&L Textured heavy duty exterior tiles of size 300mm x300mm x 10mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including a screed bed in CM (1:4) including demolition of existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed. 9 M&LGranite (of any type), 18- 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platform,WHB plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with marble shade including making full curving the edges and dismantling existing floor complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Labour only for full round moulding to 18 to 20mm thick granite slab complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint over a coat of primer on new surface complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar(1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement , including taking down existing plaster with two coats of OBD of any tint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for mirror polishing on marble / granite / kota stone / stone work where ever required to give high gloss finishe complete all as specified and as directed 14 M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M&L Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pillasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke dust, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and removing oily and greasy spots etc applying one coats of oil bound distemper on old surfaces of walls all as specified and directed. 16 Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wallsand applying one coats of acrylic exterior emulsionpaint complete all as specified and as directed 17 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, manholes etc and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as mass concrete as in foundation, mass concrete work. 19 M&L for PCC soild block masonry exeeding 10 cm in width built in CM (1:6) of Gde C-1 type 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate). 20 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concretesurfaces with using water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on copingconcretesurfaces of drain and manhole with using water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. 23 M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed. 25 Returningfilling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in dense/hard soil complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Removing the excavated surplus soil exceeding 5 km and depositing out of MOD Land. 27 Demolition of brick work / stone masonry / block masonry built in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed. 28 Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortarand making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required with superficial area exc 400 sq.cm but n.exc 0.10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. 29 M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed. 30 M&L in repair for 150mm bore RCC pipes, class NP2 laid and jointed with collars and tested including demolition of existing old one (salt glazed earthware, AC or reinforced pipes etc) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed. 31 M&L for mild steel framed work such as grill, gate etc with ends of bars shouldered or rebated or forged into spike framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk way, railing;frame work, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc,sliding channels for sliding of gate and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & as directed. 32 M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in witdth or girth complete all as specified and as directed. 33 Material and labour for machine pressed precast cement concrete glossy interlocking paver block any shape and size as approved, 60mm thick, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 with grey cement in floor/ pavement laid over and including 30mm thick sand cushioning laid dry to the profile including vibrating with surface vibrator after laying of tilesincluding dismantling existing blocks, tiles, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Manufacturers test certificate shall be submitted alongwith sample. 34 Dismantling existing interlocking paver blocks, removing rubbish off the premises and laying the same tiles/ blocks on existing places with repair of existing PCC for 60mm thick tile, in floor / pavement laid over and including 30mm thick sand cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and as directed. 35 M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks on concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down existing plaster with two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer on new surface complete all as specified and as directed. 36 Note : 1. Performance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions. 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
