Tender For Provision Of 02 Stand Alone Central Heating System At Rr Under Ge 865 Ews; 1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of duct able type standalone oil fired kerosene/ HSD based heating system complete with stainless steel heat exchanger chamber consisting of furnace fabricated out of high temperature resistance stainless steel, automatic burner assembly control panel with sequence controller, photocell, for flame failure.HT Transformer electrode fan assembly with motor temperature controller stainless steel reflector, built in fuel oil piping exhaust chimney all housed in powder coated casing suitable for operationon 50 Hz single phase 230 volt AC Supply capacity 50,000 KCal/ hr with fallowing:-(a) Heat Output - 50000 KCal/Hr.(b) Hot Air Temp- 40 C(c) Temperature Rise - 90 C Max(d) Fuel Consumption- 5.2-5.6 Ltr/Hr(e) Thermal Efficiency- 80-90%(f) Electrical Supply -220 Volts 50 Hz(g) Temperature Control - Automatic(h) Fuel- Kerosene/ Diesel(j) Burner- Riello/ Ben-tone 2 Design, Supply, fixing and testing ducting for hot air blower to room with complete insulation of the duct complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door when MCBs to be used single pole & neutral 240 Volts 4Ways complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Supply and fix MCB SPN 40 Amp 240 Volts AC ISI marked complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 Supply and fixMCB SP 6-32 Amps. 240 Volts50 HZ complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 M&L for submain wiring along with earth wire with the sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required in PVC casing Caping wire size 2x4.0 sq. mm + 1x2.5 sq. mm earth wire complete all as specified 7 Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure with 20 Amp 240 V socket plug top and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole 20 Amp MCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to and including 4 mm dia GI wire as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, MS frame and cover 6 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and lugs complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 Supply & fix in replacement of tubes light grade of size 50 mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified. 10 Supply and laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on surface XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sq mm 2 Corecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. 11 M&L for making of foundation for Standalone CHS of capacity 50000 K calincluding installing complete all as directed by Engr -in -Charge.
