Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Sewage Lines Septic Tanks Manholes Including Cerain Misc B R Works For Md Accn At Vrde Ahmednagar 06.; 1 Removal of Trees/Plants complete incl roots any dia, any masonary at any hight. including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer’s instructions and making good disturbed portion with PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in cm 1:3 and finishing the surface to match with existing surface and removing of rubbish out side MOD land/area complete all as specified and directed. 2 Cleaning of Sewage line of dia 150 mm bore pipe lines of any descriptionin between two consecutivemanholesto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole complete all as specified and directed. 3 All as per item herein above but 200 mm bore pipe. 4 All as per item herein above but 300 mm bore pipe. 5 M&L for pumping outSewage water from the blocked sewage line ofor overflow manholes of any descriptionand depth in between two consecutivemanholes by sewage suction /Jetting machine (with high pressure water supply mounted) / vacuum operated suction machine or sewer Jetting Machiche and is effective in collecting sludge and sewer from the cesspit or Jetting the Water Through high Pressure for opening the sewer Line. for removing any type of blockage (Cost of Nolabour deemed to be included in rates coated by Contractor). complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole. and remove sluge from outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 6 Cleaning of septic tanks of the following capacity by dewatering all the water, taking out the sludge/ night soil. Flushing the septic tank with clean water in order to remove all stacked mud/sludge etc cleaning the choked inlets. Outlets of septic tank removing all the sludge to outside MD land including surface dressing of the septic tank around the distance not less than 3 mtr (Septic tank capacity upto 600 users)complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The night soil / sludge including water obtained by cleaning of the septic tank shall be taken out in closed container and disposed off outside MD land by excavating a pit of adequate size and depth not exc.1.5m 7 Cleaning of manhole of any description, any size and any depth including removing sludge and deposited outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed. 8 Cleaning of Gully Traps of any description, any size and depth including removing sludge and deposited outside MD landetc complete all as specified and directed. 9 Removing of blockage from S trap/P trap/ Nahani trap/floor trap by flushing or by sucking by suction pumps at GF/ Ist/ IInd/ IIIrd floor or any floorincluding cleaning the line upto 1st manhole complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:(i) The unit rate quoted shall be demed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the fittings and fixture functional. If replacment of part/ items is required to make the fitting functional, the cost for labour and material for the same will be easured and paid for as S&F in repairs under relevent items of this schedule here in after and in such cases this item will not be measured and paid for (ii) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of working & attending the complaints as diected by JE(civil) or Engr in Charge. No person shall be employed in direct contact working in septic tanks, manholes in foel conditions to prevent any helath hazards.(ii) The contractor shall be solely resposnible for any mishap to any of labour deployed and to equipment /machinery /plants/materials etc brought at site for work any lapses whatsover during the execution.(iii) Drawn sluge, waster material, scum , spoil water etc shall be removed from Mod land through sludge carrier.The rates quoted shell be deemed to be inclusive of above all aspect and no claim whatever shall be entertainable at later stages.
