Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Backhoe Loader Jk12a 3871.- 1 Periodical servicing of the machine by way of providing and fitting of Diesel filter, Fuel pre FILTER-, Engine OIL Filter, Oil FilterAir Filter (ie Filter kit 400/N7762s)and Replacement of engine oil-15ltrs (TO BE PROVIDED)JCB Rear Axle Oil(4000/4600-20) -20ltr JCB Transmission Oil Plus (4000/2500-20)-20ltr The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. 2 Repair to differential of machine by way of removing the differential of machine from machine dismantling it completely then providing fitting of new crown pinion assembly crown pinion bearing and crown pinion seal and differential casing in place ofdamaged/worn out crown pinion assembly crown pinion bearing and crown pinion seal and differential casing reassemble the differential back on machine and testing The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. 3 Repair to stabiliser of machine by way of providing and fitting of Wear pad upper331/20550,-01set Wear pad lower333/Y3376-01 setand ram seal of left hand side stabiliser The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes 4 Repairs to alternator, wiring and charging system of the machine by way of removing of worn out items, and p/f of new items carbon bush set, bearing. Job also includes replacement of defective wiring, complete testing of charging system. Job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes. 5 Repairs to the radiator by way of removing the radiator from the machine by unfastening the foundation bolts repairing to damaged upper and lower water tank by brazing, washing it by caustic soda and high pressure water jet. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. 6 Rebate on account of old parts (absolute)
