Tender For The Work Of Routine And Emergency Line Maintenance Work At Different Places In Area Of Subdivision-Khorabar Under Electricity Urban Distribution Division-Mohaddipur, Gorakhpur(Under O&M Plan) - Loading, unloading and safe carriage of following materials from Store Centre, Gorakhpur to JE dump Store and JE dump Store to work site with proper stacking :- 2 PCC pole 8.5 meter long 3 STP pole 11/9 meter long 4 ACSR Dog Conductor 5 ACSR Weasel Conductor 6 Aerial Bunch Cable 7 Disc insulator with fitting 8 Pin insulator with fitting 9 Cable Jointing Kit for 33 KV Line 10 Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV Line 11 33 KV XLPE Cable 12 11 KV XLPE Cable 13 33 KV Straight through 14 11 KV Straight through 15 Stay with 5 Kg. wire with all fitting complete 16 Other Line & S/S materials 17 The excavation of foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP/LT clamp, F-Bracket, LT shacle insulator, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor).In case of ST Pole making Plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. All work will be done as per RESPO norms & relevent IS Specification. 18 PCC pole 8.5 meter long 19 STP pole 11 meter long 20 STP pole 9 meter long 21 Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work) 22 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of conductor for LT/11 KV/33KV Line with providing and fixing of LT Clamps/other clamps, Shackle insulator and nuts&bolts off size by the contractor as per required. 23 ACSR Dog/Weasel Conductor 24 Aerial Bunch Cable 25 Dismantling and again stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of old existing conductor for LT/11 KV/33KV Line after erection of pole, Providing and fixing of LT Clamps/other clamps, Shackle insulator and nuts&bolts off size by the contractor as per site requirement. 26 ACSR Dog/Weasel Conductor 27 Aerial Bunch Cable 28 Replacement of broken/damaged following material/fitting of 33 KV/11 KV Line complete in all respect (Material will be provided by Department) 29 33 KV Cable Jointing Kit 30 11 KV Cable Jointing Kit 31 11 KV Pin insulator with fitting 32 11 KV Disc insulator with fitting 33 Replacement of broken/damaged following material/fitting of HT/LT Line complete in all respect which will be supplied by contractor 34 LT Shackle Insulator 35 Holding clamp 36 STP Clamps 37 Digging of cable trench in size of 300 mm wide 600 to 900 mm deep as per site requirement & Laying of cable in the trench. Covering with bricks, sand and backfilling- 38 11 KV XLPE Cable 39 33 KV XLPE Cable 40 Replacement & Maintenance of damaged 33 KV & 11 KV UG Cable after locating fault through Fault Locator Machine. Work includes digging and pulling out damaged cable & againrelaying of cables after repairing including erection of straight through if required as per site condition. 41 Replacement & Maintenance of damaged 33 KV & 11 KV UG Cable (Material will be provided by Department) 42 Replacement & Maintenance of damaged 11 KV UG Cable (Material will be provided by Contractor) 43 Replacement & Maintenance of damaged 33 KV UG Cable (Material will be provided by Contractor) 44 Dismantling of following Line materials and safe loading, unloading and carraige of dismantled material from work site to departmental store 45 STP pole 11/9 meter long 46 ACSR Dog Conductor 47 ACSR Weasel Conductor 48 Arial Bunch Cable 49 Other Line & S/S materials 50 Repairing of damage/Rusted Steel Tubular Pole by diggingof pit around pole of size 1.0 mtr.X 1.0 mtr.X1.0 mtr. is to be done for proper position and then cleaning of rust and descaling with the help of hard wire brush & chisel and then Putting 3 Nos. 1 mtr. long Angle of size 50x50x6 mm,properly welding on 3 circle with pole. After completing of above work Grouting and Plinthing 300 mm Above level with cement concrete and sand and bricks ballast. After that Painting of ST Pole by double coating Aluminium & Red oxide paint. (All material, labour and T&P will be provided by the Contractor) 51 Lopping & Chopping of tree branches and disposal of the same at suitable place for clearance of HT/LT line
