For The Community Hall Premises At Ulavan Vattam H/O Ayyamperumapatty; 1 Providing and laying of cement cocrete block pavement , front compound wall and gate, barbending wire fencing etc,. for the community hall premises at Ulavan vattam H/o Ayyamperumapatty 2 Earth work excavation for column foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete 3 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification 4 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, twoM.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers. 5 Supplying and fixing of 50mm MS Pipe cost andconveyance of all materials to site and all labour chargesfinishing etc complete 6 Supplying and fixing of chain link mesh cost andconveyance of all materials to site and all labour chargesfinishing etc complete (2 x 2) 7 Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.) 8 Supplying and erecting centeringshuttering includingnecessary supportsforplane surface infoundationandbasementandinallfloorsforR C Ccolumn footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, criticalpier etc,. complete 9 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire) 10 Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal (using M-Sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum 11 Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification. 12 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick (using M-Sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 13 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of pairs putty, wherever required etc complete complying with standard specification 14 Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal@20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method). 15 Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete (Surface Textured) Block Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding M.Sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine M.Sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 andTechnical specification clause 1504. 16 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
