Name of Work: Providing technical assistance for fabrication and inspection works at CWD, IGCAR, Kalpakkam.Note : 1. This schedule must be read along with the drawing, detailed specification and scope of work and general specifications for complete understanding.2. Items of work described in brief below are detailed under technical specification of work. The scope of work will not be estimated from the brief specification.3. Rate quoted must include all components required for meeting the specification and performance requirements of the item.4.If any cell is left blank the same shall be treated as “0”. Therefore, if any cell is left blank and no rate is quoted by the bidder, rate of such item shall be treated as “0” (ZERO).5. Obtain the passes for men & materials as per the latest DAE Security procedure.6. Bidders are advised to get acquainted with the site conditions before quoting7. Schedule rate shall be firm and overall conditional discount for the total tendered amount will not be accepted8. All the charges for the testing of materials born by the contractor. 9. Follow the safety norms as per clause of tender \"AERB SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR CONTROL OF WORKS\".10. Adequate qualified site supervisors, site - Engineers, Quality control officer & safety Officer to be deployed at site. 11. All the required documents as instructed by the department have to be maintained properly and have to be submitted in time to the EIC by the contractor.12. Running account bills/final bill has to be prepared and be submitted by the contractor as specified by IGCAR format and as per agreement & all JMR (joint measurement record) has to be maintained day to day basis at site by the contractor13.\"The quoted Rates shall be inclusive of GST and shall be payable by the contractor and IGCAR will not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect\". 14. Supply and Installation RATE in Column \"M\" implies as Unit Rate inclusive of All taxes.

Erection of scaffoldings, cleaning of oil spilled on the shop floor, Filling and draining of cutting oil and coolants in the conventional machine, segregation and disposal of scraps and waste and material with in CWD premises, assistance in the gas purging operations during welding, cleaning and washing of raw materials and jobs, post fabrication descaling and paintig of jobs, cutting and grinding of raw materials, carpentry works.Note:- One operation means one skilled person working for 8 Hrs per day as specified in the Annexure-A, Sec -2.0 scope of work pertaining to the operation (S.L.No: 2.2.1 to 2.2.9)
