    Tender For Under Ae-1 Area, Pot Holes And Patch Repair Work On Sh, Mdr, Odr Under Dataganj Vidhansabha District Budaun. - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.As per MORTH specification No. 404 2 Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface, providing tack coat, 20 mm thick premix carpet and seal coat type B as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1904.2, 503 and 508.1.(Patch Repair) 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumenusing Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Sl No 5.2 Ref. to MORTH specification 503(i) 4 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects
