Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of evacuated tube collectors solar water heating system having water circulation natural thermo syphon suitable for inlet water with chloride hardness up to 600 ppm & TDS up to 1000 ppm comprising of evacuated tube collectors with double walled vacuum tube made from hard borosilicate glass able to resist impact from hail stone up to 30 mm in diameter, of length 1800mm having ID/OD 48/58mm, thickness 1.6mm.heavy duty HR black CGO-4 steel of 2 mm thick horizontal cylindrical hot water tank with dished end capsule shape including access doors having PUF/rock wool insulation density 42 Kg/cu. mt., 50mm thick having nonstick lining inside the tank and UV stabilized polyester precoated G.I outer cover stand assembly for tank having polyester powder coated G.I folded angle and electrical backup up 2 kW, Heat loss < 0.70 W/(m2c), The system should be as per latest specifications of IREDA/BIS/MNRE norms and valid test reports issued by the authorized test centres confirming to MNRE guidelines for following capacities:-Rated capacity 500 LPD, storage tank 500 Ltr

Agency has to use the existing serviceable materials and after that other necessary fixture is to be provided with contractor including providing and fixing of cPVC plumbing pipeline from water storage tank to solar water heating system, and from solar watyer heating system to existing pipeline including cpvcv pipe, cpvcv plane fitting, brass threaded fittings, GI fittings, Teflon Tape, valves, solvents etc. Paints on the structural member of the tankand dismantling of existing structural frame and remaking with the new installed system complete in all respect. The quantity will be verified by the Engineer-In-charge.NOTE:The contractor will be required to utilize the existing structure, wherever feasible to do so and follow the directions of Engineer-In-charge in this regard.
