There shall be of uniformpigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192and IS 12866.The sheets shall be sky blue colour,textured or smooth as specified. 26 3 mm thick corrugated (2.5 or 4.2 or 6) or step-down(2 or 3 or 6 ) as directed by Engineer in Charge (SIZE 1.25m x 1.00 m) 27 3 mm thick corrugated (2.5 or 4.2 or 6) or step-down(2 or 3 or 6 ) as directed by Engineer in Charge (SIZE 3.00 m x 1.00 m) 28 PART - B LABOURPART ONLY 29 Renovation / repair of completeHot Water distribution deck( OneSide ) of theCooling Tower by dismantling the entire plateform andrefixing the serviciable parts / replacing the same with new / Salvaged /available materials with NFL such as Wooden Planks etc. and alsoreplacing the wooden structural members / battons( Vertical , Diagonal,Horizontal Members) of the tower by removing and refixing/replacing theinternal fills, target nozzles, SS grids, wherever required, replacement ofdamaged wooden side casing between water deck and top deck, replacing/ repairing partition planks of the hot water deck wherever required etc. tobring the same in original design / condition, Checking & tightening ofexisting structural bolts / replacing the damaged bolts, covering anduncovering of the sumps for avoiding falling wooden parts during repairs /renovation / replacing Bolts, Nuts, Washers complete in all respects asdefined in scope of work in the tender document . 30 Renovation / repair of completeFan Deckplatform( One cell ) of the Cooling Tower by dismantling the entire platform and refixing theserviciable parts / replacing the same with new / Salvaged / availablematerials with NFL such as Wooden Planks etc., and also replacing thewooden structuralmembers / battons( Vertical , Diagonal HorizontalMembers) of the tower by removing and refixing the High velocity FRPFan Cylinder in proper alignment etc. to bring the same in original design /condition, Checking, tightening of existing structural bolts / replacing thedamaged bolts, removal and refixing / replacing the drift eliminators,replacing the damaged support members of drift eliminators, if required,covering and uncovering of the sumps for avoiding falling wooden partsduring repairs / renovation / replacing Bolts, Nuts, Washers complete in allrespects as defined in scope of work in the tender document 31 Repair / rectification of wooden railing of of Top Deck / water distributiondeck, stair case from gound level to top deck,ladders of the CoolingTowers from top deck to water distribution platform,by replacing thedamaged wooden parts/ SS nuts, bolts & nails with new wooden parts /SS Nuts, Bolts, Nails complete as per site requirements and as defined inscope of work in tender document ( Per Running Metre of Railing /Ladder ) 32 Repair / replacement with New Non Asbestos Cement sheet / fiber plasticsheets side cladding, louvers and corner pieces / berge boards by removingthe old / damaged sheets, Barge Boards, louvers, wooden louvers supports,PVC moulded bars and internal fills adjoining the AC Sheet clading forfacilitating the replacement of the Side Cladding, refixing the so removedinternal fiills / replacing with New / salvaged material including necessaryfixing, replacement of old wooden member (vertical/Horizontal) with newmembers and removal of required staging / scaffolding complete as per site requirements and as defined in scope of work in tender document 33 Fabrication and erection of Splash Boxes of Water distribution Valves of theCooling Towers with new / salvaged wooden materials on top of waterdistribution platform complete. 34 Checking/Tightening ofexisting structural Bolts and Nuts in the mainwooden /FRP structures ( Horizontal / Vertical / Diagonal members ) in theareas between Drift Eliminatorsfrom Bottom to top of Tower upto FanDeck, including replacement of any damaged Bolts , Nuts , washers andwooden members (vertical / horizontal / diagonal members / drifteliminators and its support etc.)with materials available / new materials including removal and refixing / replacing the drift eliminators, replacingthe damaged support members of drift eliminators, as per siterequirements with all necessary safety precautionsincluding covering anduncovering of the sumps for avoiding falling wooden parts during repairs /renovation / replacing Bolts, Nuts, Washers etc, 35 Supply of skilled / unskilled labourwith necessary tools and tackels forcarrying out other miscellaneous repairs / rectificationworks such asrepair of steps / Landings of stair cases, repair of doors, unbolting/rebolting/ rectification the positioning ofof Fan Deck Cylinder other thanunder item number 2, Fabrication and fixing of wooden supports of WaterHeaders, repairof hanging AC louvers and supports and for other itemswhich are not covered under above Items etc. Note . For safe execution of all above items, all tools, tackles, staging / scaffoldingmaterials, ladders, ropes shall required as per site requirement be arrangedby the party. The rates shall be inclusive of all arrangements and nothingextra shall be paid on this account. 36 Supply of skilled labour ( Technicians / Carpenter )( For 8 Hours working per Day) 37 Supply of unskilled labour( For 8 Hours working per Day) 38 Labour rate for replacement of top deck, water distribution Basin, water distribution valve platform, internal cell partitions of Cooling Tower Cells, vertical partition between the hot water distribution platform and top deck i.e. Fan Deck Side Casing, steps & landings of staircase, repair of inspection doors, walkways within the cells, by removing the old damaged T/G planks, ply wood, wooden supports of the plateforms, / deck. / partitions / landings and steps of staircases,spiral target nozels (PVC) and their fittings and re-fixing the new supplied / old wooden planks, vertical & horizontal supports with new nuts & bolts / nails, PP rings and Plywood, wherever required complete in all respects to restore the same in original condition, as defined in the scope of NIT. (Note: Material / spares requied for job shall be taken from Civil Store ). 39 Labour rate for repair / Rectification / Replacement of main wooden members (Vertical , Diagonal, Horizontal Ties / Bracings) of main structure of Cooling Tower Cells, Staircases.by removing the old damaged members and fixing the new supplied wooden members / old salvaged members, including replacement of bolts & nuts / washers, nails, Ceramic/ PP Rings ete.wherever required complete in all respects to restore the same in original condition as defined in scope of work of tender document.a) VERTICAL/DIAGONAL /HORIZONTAL MEMBERS
