Supply, delivery and replacement of the existing old MS column pipe with the new PVC Column pipe and supply and installation of Two no. Star delta auto manual motor starter panel with allied E-M works at Basai P/H, Makhla H/W, Bally Bankpukur & Bankra Kabarpara P/H under FAWS-1 Scheme- 1 Withdrawing the sub P/M set (upto 25 HP) along with column pipe from the well after disconnecting the all accessories for necessaary testing/checking/repairing purpose. (including hire charges of Chain Pulley Block, Derrick arangement, Labour charges and transportation cost). 2 Supply & deliveryof 5” (125 mm.) I.D. and OD 140 +- 0.20 mm, 10.2 mm. avr. wallThickness, 10’(avr. 3.0 mt) long standard (16kg/cm2) PVC column pipes with both end taperedand threaded portion length must be 4 with one end to be fitted with heavy gauge 10 to 13 mm. Thick , 8” long threaded pvc. socket ,all are completed as per direction of EIC.(Basai P/H=10 nos, Makhla H/W=10 nos, Piyadapara P/H= 1no) 3 S & D of 125 mm dia / 150 mm dia (5/6) CI Adoptor. 4 Installation of pumping machinery with valves, pipe & pipe specials short piece, depth gauge, pressure gauge including hoisting of column pipe, making all electrical and water line inter-connection complete as per direction including supply of necessary materials as reqd. for the work.(including Transportation cost). 5 Supply of pump-motor protective device cage type (galv. iron )comprising of wire rope clamps etc as per direction of EIC 6 Supply, Delivery & Installation of 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 hz Auto-manual 20 KW Star-Delta starter Control Panel for Submersible pumpmotor Set. (as per enclosed details specification) Mk- Sellwin/Electromech/ AC Power/Equivalent as per direction of EIC. 7 Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry ofXLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :i) 4C x 35 sq mm. 8 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :i) 4C x 35 sq mm . 9 Supply, Delivery at site 1.1 KV grade Al rmoured cable of size 3.1/2 core 35 sq mm confirming to 1554/7098(PT) 1988 Make-Havel or equivalent. 10 Laying of cable upto 3/3.5 core 35 sq mm - 50 sq mm on wall/surface incl. S&F MS saddle with earthing attachment in 2x10 SWG GI (hot dip) wire making holes etc. as necessary mending good damages and painting. 11 Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. to light/fan/call bell point with piano key type switch (Anchor make) fixed on sheet steel fabricated switch board with Perspex/bakelite top cover on wall incl. necy. connections and making earthing attachment and mending good damages to building works. [PVC casing-capping and Switch board both on surface]. Average run 8 mtr. 12 Supplying and fixing 15/16 A A Sheet steel Main Switches on angle iron frame on wall . 13 Add GST @ 18% 14 Added:- @ 1% as labour cess 15 N.B-Old and unserviceable material are to be submitted at store under FAWS-1 Division otherwise deduction will be applicable as per prevailing norms of Authority
