M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4finished surfacesfair & even using WPC (Water Proofing Compound) as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.Note : WPC measured and paid separetly.

M&L forpreparation of old plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls/ roof/ floor incl necessary scafolding by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, mould, moss & efflorescent salts and applying one coat of weather proof Acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Material & Labour for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces andapplying two coats of weather proof Acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) in camouflage pattern as aprroved by Engr-in-Charge / GE over and including one coat of primercomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : Rates includes necessary scafolding and other necessary safety measures required (such as safety belt and safety rope, helmet etc for labour) duringexecution of work.

Providing and applying plaster of paris of1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
