Tender For Construction Of Hard Standing In Mt Garage Asc Bn (Mt) At Mil Stn Haldawani; 1 Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and direceted. 2 Removing excavated material/soil n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed 3 M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exc. 8 tonnes and n. exc. 12 tonnes complete all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in path/paving/ hard standing etc. complete all as specified & directed. 7 M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified & directed. 8 Supply only synthetic non circular/ rectangular fibres 12mm long with circumcircle dia 30 to 35 micron design for melting point of 240 to 360 degree centigrade and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 at 1 kg per cum of cement concrete complete all as directed by engineer in charge. 9 M & L for Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M & L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M & L forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filledwith sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M & L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 150mm thick conc. slab complete all as specified and as directed 13 M & L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone agg. Complete all as specified and as directed
