Tender For Development Of Ward No. 01 By Way Of Lanes Drains Tile Paths, Bunds, Lightings Etc.- Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil : 2 P/L in position dry Nallah soling/ boulder filling with hand packing including carriage by Mechanical Transport / Manual head load (if any). Complete job. 3 P/L in position cement conc. of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1cement:4 coarse sand : 8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size). 4 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, drain blocks etc. including attached pilasters etc. complete. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 gradedstone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 7 Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat ofapproved steel primer all complete. Welded. 8 Providing and laying in position RCC Supn pipes including trench excavation, filling with GSB/ nallah muck as cushion. Inclusive of costs and carriages involved. all complete. 9 24 dia. 10 15 dia. 11 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto1.5 m in -All kinds of soil. 12 Supply and filling of Nallah muck/ GSBincl. watering, ramming and consolidation with 8-10 tone capacity Road Roller incl. all carriages involved. Complete job. 13 P/L water bound macadam base course with quarry crushed stone aggregate (GII) 63-45mm size stone screening 13.20 mm size and binding material as per MORTH specificatioin including screening, sorting spreading to template and consolidation with PRR of 8 to 10 tonne capacity incld. Carriage of quarry crushed stone aggregate and stone screening, stone dust from approved source upto site of work complete (Finished work to be measured) 75mm compacted thickeness including all carriages involved. 14 Carriage of material from various sources to site of work by MT. 15 Sand from 30 kms avg. lead: 16 Aggregates from 10 kms avg.lead. 17 Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunk and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. 18 Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth. 19 Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth. 20 Taking / Preparing of Geo Tag photographs before execution during execution and after execution complete job
