Tender For construction Of Bathroom At Mir Mohalla Gamas- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 min width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) 4 Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete at window sills, ceiling level and the like: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) 5 Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: 6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition and binding all complete upto plinth level TMT 7 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete includingcuring but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. Allworks upto plinth level.1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 8 P/L Of pcc in 1:3:6 mix. 9 P/F of floor tiles 10 15mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 11 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade 12 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces and for vent i/c st. steel frame and grill work 13 Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan(Indian type) along with “S” or “P” trap including dismantling of old WC seat and “S” or “P” trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, 14 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.15mm nominal outer dia pipes. 15 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. 16 Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover, conforming to ISI: 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes.
