(under District Capex Secondary Education Sector)- 1 Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil : 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 3 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 4 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cementslurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 6 20mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 7 Random Rubble masonry with Nallah hard stone in foundation and plinthincluding leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarsesand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level an curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) 8 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm 9 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood 10 Structural steel work Welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat ofapproved steel primer all complete. 11 Providing and fixing 4.5 mm thick Standard Quality hard board sheet ceiling of approved quality withnecessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid for separately) 12 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns 13 Providing and fixing 30 MM THICK panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately).
