Tender For Acc Office Epf Zonal Training Institute (West Zone) 01, Bharatpuri Administrative Area, Devas Road, Ujjain (M.P.). - CIVIL WORK DSR ITEM 2 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stackingof serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead. 3 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanitycounters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size,approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels 4 Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red 5 Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm 6 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 7 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wallsurface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 8 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brandand manufacture to give an even shade 9 Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile,rotary stiched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile (white/black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross- T of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm 10 With 15 mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles 11 5 mm thick solid foam PVC panel of required size with moulded/ extrudedbeading of appropriate design shape and size as per manufacturer’sspecifications ( to secure the panel insert tight in place within the styleand rails of shutter) matching the colour and shade of shutter frame.Decorative type.
