    Tender For Rearranging Aluminium Partition In Transmission Room At 1St Floor And Equipment Room At 4Th Floor Of Kaithamukh Te Building, Trivandrum Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ liter, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. 5.00 Sqm (a)Old work (one or more coats) 2 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: 5.00 Sqm (a) One or more coats on old work. 3 Dismantling Aluminium/ Gypsum partition , doors, windows, fixed glazing, false ceiling, including disposal of unserviceable surplus materials and stacking of serviceable material with in 50metres lead as directed by the engineer in charge 90.00 sqm 4 Making aluminium partitions / false ceiling with available aluminium members ( with required sizes) and fixing in position as per the drawings, including fixing available glass or particle board panels including using necessary cleats, screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 76.00 sqm 5 Rearranging the existing linear work table made of plywood and laminate ( cross sectional size 600x750mm). The Tables are to be cut as per requirement and re-fixed at the available space using available laminated plywood including using necessary cleats, screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. (Measurement will be made on the basis on the re-fixed tables in linear length). 8.00 Rmt 6 Using the services of an electrician and his helper to disconnect the connections before dismantling the partitions and to reconnect the connections after the partitions and tables are erected 2.00 Job 7 Dismantling the existing indoor AC unit as per standard practice and handing over the same to the building in-charge before dismantling the
