(Maximum water depth is 33.0 m ) 4 Item No.3 :-Underwater excavation in hard rock and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area beyond the working area including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, i.e diving equipment’s, pontoon, Compressor, Divers, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with all leads and lifts complete. (Maximum water depth is 33.0 m ) 5 Item No.4 :-Underwater Drilling, fixing and grouting of 32 mm dia dowel bars from the bed level into foundation rock including cost of all materials, machinery i.e. diving equipment’s, pontoon, Compressor, Diver , labour, and other ancillary operations with all leads & lifts etc complete. (32 mm dia and 1000mm depth). (Grout material should be appropriate for underwater use) 6 Item No.5 :-Underwater Drilling, fixing and grouting of 25 mm dia anchor bars on the masonry wall u/s surface including cost of all materials, machinery i.e. diving equipment’s, pontoon, Compressor, Diver , labour, and other ancillary operations with all leads & lifts etc complete. (25 mm dia and 1625 mm depth). (Grout material should be appropriate for underwater use) 7 Item No.6 :-Providing and laying underwater ready mix cement concrete of grade M-20 with trap/granite/gneiss /quartzite/graded metal of size 40 MSA for u/s side concrete septum work etc. including alladmixtures, diving equipment’s, material, pontoon, compressor, diver, transit mixer with required shuttering & scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing, testing with all lifts etc. complete as directed. (Maximum water depth is 33.0 m ) 8 Item No.7-underwater Fixing in position TMT-FE-500 bar reinforcement of required diameters as surface reinforcement in u/s concrete septum etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including epoxy coating, cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding including diving equipment’s, pontoon, material, Compressor, Diver and supporting as required complete as directed. (Maximum water depth is 33.0 m ) 9 Item No 8: Providing and laying perforated half round concrete pipe of 150 mm dia in proper line,level and slope including all necessary material, fittings and labour etc. complete. 10 Item No-9: Providing and laying perforated half round concrete pipe of 200 mm dia in proper line,level and slope including all necessary material, fittings and labour etc. complete.
