Painting And Other Miscellaneous Work In Connection With State Program At Gandhi Ghat On 2Nd October 2025 Under Barrackpore Sub-Division-I, P.W.D., During The Year 2025-26.- 1 Scraping of moss, blisters etc.thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc.(Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific directionof the Engineer-in-charge) 2 (A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (a) On timber or plastered surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) -(i) One coat (white in shade) 3 (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) -(iii) One coat (with any shade except white) 4 French polishing to wood work including preparing surface (ordinarygloss) (a)On old French polished surface including complete removal of the old polish. 5 Hire and labour charges for erecting temporary latrine and urinals with thick canvas (new) walling fitted and fixed with strong bamboo frames and posts including cutting drain, making seats with porcelain pans and urinals as directed with hire charges completed. ( Payment to be made on the covered ground area between temporary wallings. One basin or pan or urinal to be fixed for every 3 sq m covered area or part.) 6 Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) a)Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion 7 Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of wallsparapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing ofdamages to be paid separately). (a) Small plant of girth of exposed stem upto 75 mm. lift upto 6 mtr. 8 Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc.by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission ofEngineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary).(Payment to be made on area cleared) 9 Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed withrubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank,drain and compound including cutting, loading, unloadingto and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing thesame to any distance. 10 Total flower decoration of dias, anti chambers surrounding areas hand rail, table top, podium etc, as per direction. 11 Hire and labour charges for erecting of low height wooden platform with ply wood and necessary runner bacing of suitable section including all other materials and incidental charges complete as per direction. 12 Hire and labour charges for making a walling as view cutter as per direction. 13 Cutting kutcha drain of 600 mm wide and depth upto 300 mm, including disposal of excavated materialin embankment slopes within a lead of 50 m.(a) Through ordinary soil. 14 Supplying, fitting and fixing Stainless Steel railing consist of 38mm dia and 900mm height vertical balustrade at every two alternative steps, 50mm dia top rail, 3 (three) nos 19mm dia horizontal Strainless steel pipe and base/cover plate with Strainless Steel GRADE 304 containing 7.5% nickle (Interior Grade) Brushed/Mat finish, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Weight of Strainless Steel railing per metre 6.5 Kg (approx) 15 Add: SGST 9 % + CGST 9% = 18 % 16 Labour Wellfare Cess 1%
