Tender For The Work Of Erection Of New 11 Kv Line Under Edd, Banda-Rural (Business Plan 2025-26)- The work of Constructions of New 11 KV Line for Load byfercation on 8.5 Mtr. Long PCC Poles with ACSR Dog/XLPE Cables conductor of 11 KV PTW Chillar, Baberu-1, Pannah, Khaptiha, CHilla Feeder Lines on 8.5 Mtr. PCC Poles At :- From Power House to Chakrehi Tiraha, From Power House to Pannah, From Power House to Sundar Kuwa, From Power House to Manui Talab and from Power House to Sahurpur under BUSINESS PLAN SCHEME 2025-26 under EDD Banda, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Supply of following materials :- 3 M.S. Top Channel as per RESSPO manual. 4 M.S. Dropper Channel as per RESSPO manual. 5 M.S. T-off Channel as per RESSPO manual. 6 Channel Clamp with N/B as per RESSPO manual. 7 M.S. Bracing Angle 65x65x6mm with clamp N/B as per RESSPO manual. 8 Cross arm holding clamp as per RESSPO manual. 9 Aluminium Jointing Sleeves as per RESSPO manual. 10 F-Clamp as per RESSPO manual. 11 E-Bracket as per RESSPO manual. 12 PG Clamp as per RESSPO manual. 13 Number Plate with N/B & as per RESSPO manual. 14 Nut/Bolts with Warsher all sizes as per RESSPO manual. 15 HDD Pipe PE-80 PN-6 DN-200 mm Dia pipe for Laying of 11 KV 3x120 Sq. mm XLPE with N/B & as per RESSPO manual. 16 Danger Board with clamp nut-bolts as per RESSPO manual. 17 GI Pipe 6 dia as per RESSPO manual. 18 Erection/Instalation/Fixing of following :- 19 Safe cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging. 20 Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of its dragging. 21 Erection of Single support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. 22 Grouting of Single support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). 23 Erection of double pole support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. 24 Grouting of double pole support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). 25 Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. 26 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual. 27 Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel/Dog/Rabbit Conductor on the newly erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 28 Laying, stringing, binding and Termination etc. of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x120 mm sq. on the newly erected Line as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 29 Laying of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-200mm dia Pipe for laying of 11KV, 3x120 Sq.mm, XLPE Cable with HDD (trenchless) method including cable laying. XLPE Cable provided by department and other materials related to complete the work are provided by contractor at his own cost. 30 Fixing/mounting of GI Pipe 6 dia with 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x120 mm sq. as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 31 Fixing ofNumber Plate with all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 32 Fixing of Aluminium Jointing Sleeves as per RESSPO manual. 33 Road Restoration Charge (Pakka-Road), including the cost of all material related to making of road, provided by contractor at his own cost. 34 Fixing/Making/Commissioning of 11 KV (3x120MM Sq.) Cable jointing Kit O/D as per RESSPO manual. 35 Fixing of Danger Board with all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 36 Chopping of Tree Branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during the execution of above work (One Job means one site of work). 37 Note: Any quantity of item from sl no. 1.00 to sl no. 2.18 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
