Tender For The Work Of 33 Kv Line Augmentation Under Edd, Banda-Rural (Business Plan 2025-26) - The work of Instalation of New Pole To Reduce Long Span, Straightening of tilted poles, Replacement of Damage & Jarjar Conductor/Pin Insulator/Clamp/X-Arm/Pole of 33 KV Line on 11 Mtr. Long ST Poles with ACSR Dog conductor for Strengthning of 33 KV Jaspura/Beera/Pakharauli Line, Place At 33 KV Line from Rehuta to Jaspura, Near Nahar Patti33 KV Line from Murwal to Pakharauli under BUSINESS PLAN SCHEME 2025-26 under EDD Banda, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Supply of following materials :- 3 M.S. T-off Channel as per RESSPO manual. 4 Channel Clamp with N/B as per RESSPO manual. 5 33 KV Cross arm holding clamp as per RESSPO manual. 6 33 KV F-Clamp as per RESSPO manual. 7 Alluminium Jointing Sleeves as per RESSPO manual. 8 Alluminium Paint as per RESSPO manual. 9 Red Oxide Paint as per RESSPO manual. 10 Number Plate with N/B as per RESSPO manual. 11 Nut/Bolts with warsher of all sizes as per RESSPO manual. 12 Danger Board with clamp & N/B as per RESSPO manual. 13 Erection/Instalation/Fixing of following :- 14 Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging. 15 Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of its dragging. 16 Erection of single support on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. 17 Grouting of single support on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). 18 Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. 19 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual. 20 Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Dog Conductor on the newly/old erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual due to replacement of old and damage/jarjar conductor. 21 Painting of ST poles as single/double poles structure with Alluminium Paint as per RESSPO manual. 22 Painting of ST poles as single/double poles structure with Red Oxide Paint as per RESSPO manual. 23 Fixing of T-off Channel with all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 24 Fixing of Number Plate with all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 25 Fixing of Danger Board with all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 26 Fixing of Alluminium Jointing Sleeves with all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 27 Resagging of loose conductor of 33 KV Lines at various places. 28 Straightening of tilted support as PCC/ST Pole at various places 29 Replacement of damaged/misplace V Type Cross Arm 33 KV 30 Replacement of damaged/misplace pin insulator with pin 33 KV 31 Chopping of Tree Branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during the execution of above work (One Job means one site of work). 32 Note: Any quantity of item from sl no. 1.00 to sl no. 2.18 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
