Tender For The Work Of 11 Kv Line Augmentation Under Edd, Banda-Rural (Business Plan 2025-26) - The work of installation of New Pole To Reduce Long Span, Straighting of tilted pole, Replacement of Damage & Jarjar Conductor/Pin Insulator/Clamp/X-Arm/Pole of 11 KV HT Line on 8.5/11 Mtr. PCC/ST Poles with ACSR Weasel/Dog/Rabbit/Cables conductor for Strengthning of 11 KV Raipura/Lasada/Bisanda/Ragauli/Rampur/Kanakheda/Marka Lines at various place as Gadariya to Raipura and Jaspura to Gadariya, Pailani Dera, Sindhankala, Lasda, Shiv to Mawai, Murwal to Alampur, Chaudagara to Rampur and Rampur to Mawai Ghat, Jaspura to Pailani Dera, Baberu to Marka etc. feeded from 33/11 KV Sub-Station, Jaspura-1/Jaspura-2/Baberu-1/Murwal/Jaspura-3/Jaspura-4/Baberu-2 under BUSINESS PLAN SCHEME 2025-26 under EDD Banda, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Supply of following materials :- 3 M.S. T-off Channel as per RESSPO manual. 4 Channel Clamp as per RESSPO manual. 5 Cross arm holding clamp as per RESSPO manual. 6 F-Clamp as per RESSPO manual. 7 Alluminium Jointing Sleeves as per RESSPO manual. 8 Number Plate with N/B & as per RESSPO manual. 9 Nut/Bolts with Warsher all sizes as per RESSPO manual. 10 Danger Board with clamp nut-bolts as per RESSPO manual. 11 Erection/Instalation/Fixing of following :- 12 Safe cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging. 13 Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging. 14 Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, including the work of its dragging. 15 Erection of SIngle support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. 16 Grouting of Single support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). 17 Erection of single support on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. 18 Grouting of single support on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). 19 Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. 20 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual. 21 Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel/Dog/Rabbit Conductor on the newly erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 22 Fixing ofNumber Plate with all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 23 Fixing of T-Off Channel with all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 24 Fixing of Danger Board with all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 25 Chopping of Tree Branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during the execution of above work (One Job means one site of work). 26 Straightening of tilted support as PCC/ST Pole at various places 27 Resagging of loose conductor of 11 KV/LT Lines at various places. 28 Replacement of damaged/misplace V Type Cross Arm 29 Replacement of damaged/misplace pin insulator with pin 30 Note: Any quantity of item from sl no. 1.00 to sl no. 2.18 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
