Additional Chowbhaga pumping station in connection with the work of electrical installations such as Flood light,of Fore Bay Bridgeat Chowbhaga PS Anandapur,in the district of South 24 PGSduring the years 2025-26= 1 Supplying of SP MCB(i) 6-32 A(Seimens make/legrand make) 2 Supplying of Four Pole MCB 3 (i) 40 -63 A DP (Seimens make) 4 (ii) 63 A Four poleMCB(Seimens make/Legrand make) 5 Supply of 3 pole power contactor type ML3, 40A current rating. 6 Supply of 22.5 mm dia LED indicating lamps. 7 Supplying & Erection of 50x50x6x300 mm long Galv. angle iron cross-arm for carrying insulators incl. painting. 8 Supplying & Erection of 75x88 mm porcelain shackle insulator complete with 190x30x5 mm Galv. (Hot Dip) strips with 15.88 mm dia Galv. bolts, nuts, etc. for conductor upto 7/3.10 mm, 32 sqmm of AAC/equivalent size of ACSR. 9 Supplying & Erection for extra porcelain shackle insulator of sizesas below :( i) 75x88 mm for conductor upto 7/3.10 mm, 32 sqmm of AAC/equivalent size of ACSR. 10 Supplying & Erection of No. 6 SWG GI (Hot Dip) continuous earth wire with Galv. (Hot Dip) earth clamp. 11 Fixing outdoor type fluorescent/SV/MV light fitting on pole including S&F 40 mm dia x 1.68 mts. long GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) bracket with 40 mmx10 mm thick, MS clamp etc. and providing wiring with 2x1/1.40 PVC insulated & sheathed wire (single core) partly in GI conduit & partly through above bracket from OH lineto the fitting, without control switch, incl. making connections and painting. 12 Re-straining 10 SWG to 12 SWG HDBC wire including S & F binding wire with 14 SWG soft copper wire 13 Providing CC (6:3:1) muffing 600x600x760 mm in size or equivalent size of cylindrical muffing above ground level around the pole base complete with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all round after dismantling the unserviceable muffing if necessary.(i ) With 250x250x100mm 16 SWG GI Loop Box. 14 5.3A / 2 SUPPLYING OF FOLLOWING XLPE INSULATED ALUMINUM CONDUCTOR ARMORED CABLES OF 1.1KV GRADE AS PER IS 7098 (PART 1) 1988 WITH UP TO DATE AMENDMENTS. (Rate in Rs. Per Mtr) 15 4core 10 sqmm 16 Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. One(01) no 4 pole terminal connector etc. incl Internal Connection and housing the same above the muffing by suitable pole clamps etc completeSize of box : 250 x 200 x105 GSJB 21 Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top coverwith brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint. 22 Supply of following electrical spares for Automatic Star-Delta Starter 23 Supply of 22.5 mm dia LED indicating lamps 24 Supply of LED lamp 9 watt.B22,/E27.825 LM 25 Supply of 240VAC analog time switch for ON-OFF control of street light 26 Supply and fixing ofsmart bright essential street light (70 Watt)complete with all accessories to be fixed /projected from the wall of the building or on pole incl. making holes/providing clamping arrangement & necy. GI reducer as required. S&F 40 mm GI pipe (ISI-Medium) quality 1.5 mts. average length having suitable bend S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl. painting etc. Make : Panasonic, 27 Supply and fixing of greenline V2 street light (115 Watt) complete with all accessories to be fixed /projected from the wall of the building or on pole incl. making holes/providing clamping arrangement & necy. GI reducer as required. S&F 40 mm GI pipe (ISI-Medium) quality 1.5 mts. average length having suitable bend S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl. painting etc.Make:Panasonic, 120 Watt 28 Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure. 29 Supply of double arm bracket made of 40mm dia 1.5 meter long 30 MCCB Enclosure (L&T) FP 31 Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint,as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make,and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emerypaper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paintUpto 9.0 mtr. long pole 32 (i) One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming 33 (ii) 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer 34 (iii) 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat 35 Labour cost for dismantling of old DB boxes, old wiring, old AC machines and stacking it at site as per direction of EIC (Note : As normal pump house is runningso, dismantling will be done step by step by site without disturbing normal works) 36 a.
