Tender For Periodic Servicing And Crm/Dcrm Testing Of 400Kv And 220Kv Sf6 Circuit Breakers At 400 Kv And 220 Kv Substations Sarojini Nagar Lucknow - Servicing works of 400 kV & 220 kV CBs as per detail attached in Annexure- IIare to be done under Electy. 400 KV S/S Division Sarojini Nagar Lucknow with all cost of men, miscellaneous consumable items and T&P etc. for proper completion of work as bellow satisfactory with due care of safety in 400 KV & 220 KV live switchyard and as per instruction of supervising Engineer/ Incharge. All the relevent test report and work details shall be provided in hard copies(04 Set):- 2 CB with Spring Type MoM Box: Maintenance & periodicservicingof each pole mechanism assembly of Siemens/Alstom/CGL/GE/ABB make 400KV & 220KV SF6 Circuit Breaker (Each breaker having three pole assembly) as per Annex.-II. The job includes measurement of operational time,overhauling of control assembly, opening latch, support latch, anti pumping assembly. Opening & cleaning of motor charging system, cylinder shock absorber, closing damper etc. , adjustment of all type of gaps, cleaning & greasing of levers, connecting rods, cam disc cam and other associates part, opening of different mechanism assembly for rectification of wear and tear along with rectification/ repairing (whatever required) of rollers & linking of mechanism assembly, checking of motor limit switch, auxiliary contactors, power contactors, and all electrical connections and tightening them replacing them if required,Checking of SF6 Gas Leakage using soap solution & SF6 Gas detector at all joints & valve, Rectification of gas leakage from pipe assembly by replacing O ring and brazing etc. The work also includes tightening of all electrical and mechanical connections for ensuring satisfactory operation of breaker from local and remote, testing of closingtripping time along with contact resistance measurement / dynamic contact resistance (CRM / DCRM) measurement of 400KV & 220 KV Breakers including Other additional work as per Tech. Spec in Annexure-I. 3 220KV CB (Spring Type) 4 400KV CB (Spring Type) 5 CB with Pneumatic Type MoM Box : Maintenance & periodic servicingof each pole mechanism assembly of CGL make 400KV Circuit Breaker (Each breaker having three pole assembly). The job includes measurement of operational time, Cleaning and lubrication of operating mechanism, cleaning of porcelain insulators, checking, derusting and cleaning of auxiliary switches, Checking of SF6 Gas Leakage using soap solution & SF6 Gas detector at all joints & valve and attending SF-6 Gas leakage, checking & attending ofair leakage from control valve and other valves , checking, cleaning, lubrication of closing and tripping coil assemblym cleaning of marshalling boxes, checking and re-tightening of electrical connections, checking of auto-switching/operation of all pressure switches, DC/AC Contactors, limit switches, pole discrepancy timers/relay etc. and replacement if needed. Remote/local closing and tripping operations shall be checked along with all the possible interlocks and closing/tripping coils shall be replaced if required. The work also includes tightening of all electrical and mechanical connections for ensuring satisfactory operation of breaker from local and remote, testing of closing & tripping time along with contact resistance measurement / dynamic contact resistance (CRM / DCRM) measurement of 400KV Breakers including Other additional work as per Tech. Spec in Annexure-I. 6 400KV CB (Pneumatic Type) 7 Repairing & periodic Servicing of Ingersoll-Rand make Air Compressor and associated system installed on 400KV Circuit Breaker of diff. 400KV Bay by deploying expert technicians/Manpower . Work Consists of opening of all compressor assembly after draining of oil and dismantling the various parts like intercooler pipes, valve plates, breather assembly, piston and its ring etc. , cleaning of parts specially the cylinder heads and piston assembly and replacement of piston ring and all packing, checking of bearings, oil seal, air filter and replace if necessary and then reassembling all parts after application of gasket sealant on the required surface and conducting trial run after filling fresh compressor oil and repairing of motor(if required). Check all air pipelines, belt, NRV etc. for smooth operation of compressor. (All parts like piston rings, gasket, oil seals, valve, NRV, Compressor oil and all other parts related to compressor and its motor is to be provided by the contractor.) Other additional work will be done as per Annexure-I 8 400KV ICT-Ist Bay (CGL Make, Mfg. Year-2011) 9 400KV Mohanlalganj Line Bay (CGL Make, Mfg. Year-2007) 10 400KV ICT-IInd Bay (CGL Make,Mfg. Year-2011) 11 Repairing and replacement of crank wheel assembly FK3-4 and close latch for FK3-4 of mechanism box of 400KV Alstom make Circuit Breaker at Central stores by expert service engineer. Work includes opening of damage crank wheel assembly FK3-4 and close latch for FK3-4 (provided by department) with due care of safety, cleaning and lubrication of all moving parts of mechanism, checking of mechanical operation to ensure proper manually closing, opening and spring charging of CB. All skilled service engineers/ Labor and T&P required for proper satisfactory completion of job is to be provided by agency for 400KV CB. Spares shall be provided by Dept.
