Tender For Provision Of 100 Kva Genr Set And Diesel Pump For Stp Under Ge (West) Mathura; 1 Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened,bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified and directed.Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.(ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (b) The alternators shall be screen-protected drip proof with IP-23 degree of protection as per IS:4722/BS 5000. Supplier shall furnish following documents issued by company pre-despatch inspection: (a) Type approval certificate (TAC) for emission norms for each model/family of engine. (b) TAC from for noise level norms each model of DG set. (c) COP for each model of DG set and engine used in DG set. 17 Supply and installation of Diesel Engine pump set 10 HP with self priming Mud pump, automatic air relese during priming, non clogging impeller to handle suspended solids, Portable fitted on trolly, dynamically balanced rotating parts ensure minimum vibration, whells mounted with toeing arrangements complete all as specified and diected. 18 M&L for Generator shed of size 5mtr x 4mtr including brick plinth of height 0.60 mtr finshed with external plaster 15mm thick cement and sand mortar 1:4 including WPC @ 0.20 litre/Bag of cement used. Shed shall be constructed in piller & purlin and other extra support shall be MS pipe 100mm dia with 5mm wall thickness, covered with 0.50mm galvalume sheet with projection 0.45 mtr either side and all MS work painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide. Plinth shall be finished with 100mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate over earth filling etc complete all as specified and directed.
