Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Ht Distribution Network, Isolators, 11 Kv Bus Bar, Panels, Avr And Other Connected Works Under Ge (Af) Srinagar; 1 M&L for disconnecting all the electrical connections from H.T. and L.T. side of unserviceable transformer of cap upto and including 100 KVA i.e. Jumpers/cable from the cable end box or bushings & earthing terminal of the transformers including taking down, loading, unloading of transformer & transportation by vehicle from substation to the repairing workshop including reinstallation, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 All as per srl item No 01 here-in-above but cap of transformer above 100KVA upto 250 KVAcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 All as per srl item No 01 here-in-above but cap of transformer above 250KVA upto 500 KVAcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 M&L for opening the transformer cover along with the conservator by removing the nuts bolts then after removing the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank, removing out burnt HV and LV windings from the core assembly, cleaning of core assembly with CTC including necessary repairs for the unserviceable transformers having ratio 11 / 0.433 KV, draining & decanting of burnt transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC for the transformers. Rewinding of HV and LV coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire/ strip (As Existing) having suitable class insulation material. Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and removing all the moisture present in it, removal of leakage of tank if any by welding, refilling transformer oil to tank, after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling making the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by fixing the studs, bushing, fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop duly filled with oil, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for various capacities as under:- Note : Unserviceable items required for repairs including copper wire required for rewinding of transformer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. Transformer oil with die electric strength not less than 45 KV either new or filtered shall be filled and shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. 5 (a) Upto 100KVA 6 (b) Above 100KVA upto and including 250KVA. 7 (c) Above 250KVA upto and including 500KVA. 8 S&F super enamelled copper winding wire/ strip of any size for H.T. coils of transformers all as specified. 9 S&F copper winding strip of any size for L.T. coils of transformers including providing insulation all as required. 10 S&F in replacement of LT bushings 433V of suitable size for outdoor/ indoor type transformer of the capacity as under:- 11 (a) Upto 100KVA 12 (b) Above 100KVA upto 250KVA 13 (c) Above 250KVA upto and including 500KVA. 14 S&F in replacement of HT bushings 11KV of suitable size for type transformer of capacities as under:- 15 (a) Upto 100KVA 16 (b) Above 100KVA upto 250KVA 17 (c) Above 250KVA upto and including 500KVA. 18 Supply & fixingin replacement of brass stud (for LT 433V side) of suitable size complete with one check nut, two nuts, washers and rubber seal, all as per sample for outdoor/indoor type transformer of the capacity as under:- 19 (a) Upto 100KVA 20 (b) Above 100KVA upto 250KVA 21 (c) Above 250KVA upto and including 500KVA. 22 Supply & fixingin replacement of brass stud (for HT 11KV side) of suitable size complete with one check nut, two nuts, washers and rubber seal, all as per sample for outdoor/indoor type transformer of the capacity as under:- 23 (a) Upto 100 KVA 24 (b) Above 100 KVA upto 250 KVA 25 (c) Above 250KVA upto and including 500KVA. 26 M&L for dehydration of distribution transformer 11 KV including filteration of transformer oil by dehydration and filteration plant including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. (The dielectric strength to be achieved 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap after completion of dehydration and filteration). Note:- (i) dehydration of transformeroil in the Transformer carried out on the site by dehydration machine and the amount quoted is deemed to be inclusive of this provision.(ii)All the Labour work like disconnect of cable and reassemble and drum etc, carried out by contractor by own arrenement.) 27 (a) Cap upto 500 KVA 28 M&L for dehydration of power transformer 33 KV of cap 6.3 MVA including filteration of transformer oil by dehydration and filteration plant including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. (The dielectric strength to be achieved 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap after completion of dehydration and filteration). Note:- (i) dehydration of transformeroil in the Transformer carried out on the site by dehydration machine and the amount quoted is deemed to be inclusive of this provision.(ii)All the Labour work like disconnect of cable and reassemble and drum etc, carried out by contractor by own arrenement.) 29 S & Filling of new transformer oil of BDV not less than 50 KV for Toping up/ filling oftransformer oil in different transformer complete all as specified and as directed. 30 Supply and fixing silica gel superior quality to transformer all as required and diercted. 31 M&L for cutting the existing Bituminous / Hard Standing road surface for laying of cable / GI Pipe etc and providing Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for filling up the area of road cutting surfaces and making good the disturbed surface with existing surface and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation earthwork and PCC will be measured and paid separately under respective items. 32 Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of LT UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft and loose soilincluding taking out and removal of old bricks laid over for protection of cable all as specified and directed. 33 Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point. 34 Returing filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as required and directed. 35 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat unreinforced of size300mm x 180mm x 40mm for protecton of cable abutting each laid dry flat width equal to the lenth of cable cover etc complete all as spd and directed. 36 Supply and spreading sand as earth cushioning to cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc and refilling in trenches and compacted in layers to form a solid bed covering to cable all as specified and directed. 37 Supply and fix in replacementGI tubing light grade 100 mm bore cut to size and fixed along the pole for cable protection including clamp 02 Nos of size 25x4 mm, nut bolts , washers etc complete all as required at site or directed by Engr in Charge. 38 Supply and fix in replacementGI tubing light grade 150 mm bore cut to size and fixed along the pole for cable protection including clamp 02 Nos of size 25x4 mm, nut bolts , washers etc complete all as required at site or directed by Engr in Charge. 39 Material and labour for detection of any type of fault in HT underground cable of any size and core. (laid in soil at plain area or forest area) with the help of HT Meggar. Seggregation of faulty span by meggering and making span serviceable by repair of cable or replacement of cable. Note : 1. Detection of one fault in faulty span will be measured as Each Job.2. Earth work and taking out will be measured and paid seperately .3. Material for repair and replacement will be measured and paid saperately. 40 Material and labour for detection of any type of fault on HT 2/4 pole structure at sub stn and reapir/ replacement of blown out HT fusese and restore the HT supply of all feeder. Locations and timing to attend the repair wk all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : 1. Material reqd for repair and replacement such as fuse wire will be included in quoted rate. 2. Proper shut down shall be taken from MES auth before any HT repair wk. 3. All safety measure will be resposibility of contractor. 41 Material and labour for detection of any type of fault in HT underground cable (laid in soil at plain area or forest area) with the help of Cable fault locator machine. Cable fault locator with carring vehicle will be brought by the cable fault detection agencies. Span of faulty cable will be trace out by the agencies by meggering HT cable.Note : 1. Detection of fault in one span of length will be measured as Each Job.2. Technicians will be employed by the working agencies.3. Earth work and taking out will be measured and paid seperately.4. Material for repair and replacement will be measured and paid seperately.5.
