Tender For Development And Beautification Of Park-Cum-Waiting Area With Installation Of Benchs And Other Allied Amenities/Items At Rdd Complex Baramulla Under Adp(Bdc) Year 2025-26 Block Baramulla- 1 Labour for dismantling of damaged tile work in lavotary block 2 Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure mixing the same with forked soil,watering and maintaining the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing & disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed but excluding the cost of sludge or manure incl supply and filling of good earth wherever needed 3 Grassing with selection no. 1 grass using natural grass rools all over the prepares surface including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing 4 Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking the clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ration of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth afterreduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8 %), flooding with water, filling with the earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking & disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. and lift upto 1.5 mtr. complete 5 VITRIFIED FLOOR TILESProviding and laying vitrified floor/wall tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 500x500 mm 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade.
