Middle School Amberpora Zone Sopore- 1 Providing and fixing plained eaves boarding 250x32 mm (nominal size ) incldall carriage. 2 Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick plywood/board(kit ply,Greenply,Century,Sarda,Mayur or equivalent) with nails etc as ceiling/partition of wallsor equivalent work excluding cost of frame work including all carriages complete. 3 Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Two or more coats on new work incld carriage. 14 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)incld carriage. 15 12mm Cement plaster of mix in 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)including allcarriages. 16 Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 17 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer incld carriage. 18 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages. 19 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate incld carriage. 20 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) including all carriages. 21 Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including allcarriages. 22 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete including all carriages.
