Tender For Special Repair To Internal Roads Of Old Engr Loc Under Ge Missamari; 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400sqm 2 Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road material, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for 15 cm thick (7.5 cm thick compacted thickness) in two layersWBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) of grading basalt or trap stone spread, Watered, rolledconsolidated to gradient and camber required power roller 8 -12 tone complete all as specifed and directed. 4 M&L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness)WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) of grading basalt or trap stone spread,Watered , rolledconsolidated to gradient and camber required power roller 8 -12 tone complete all as specifed and directed. 5 M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMMIVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer including cleaning complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0 .2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer including cleaning of existing surfacecomplete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam compacted thickness 75 mm or less with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen of any penetration laid /rolled to required gradient and camber using power roller 8-12 tonnes complete all as specifed and directed 8 M&L for providing Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick compactedwith 5.5 % binder content as in semi-dense asphaltic concrete total mix rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and complete to required camper and gradient complete all as specifed and directed. 9 S&F in repair Solar Light Road studs LED based of size (108 x 108 x 25mm) with Aluminium alloy body and Solar powered by nionocrystal solar panel with one high capacity NI-CD Recahrgeable battery and three LED on each side (total six LEDs) fixed with araldite solution /12 mm dia 125 mm long pointed nails as directed. 10 Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 110mm x 120mm x 24mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. 11 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of roadmarking upto 15 cm width and2.5mm thick oncentre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint (Hot melted mixture of resins, glass beads, pigments, and fillers) of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 12 Demolition of un- reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) 13 M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B2 1:2:4 using (40mm gradded aggregate) as in sub base. 14 M&LforProviding and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand 15 M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4in kerb stone with plain fair faces incl necessary excavation if required complete all specified and directed 16 M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in roofkerbs or mud stops, rounded orchamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed
