Tender For Construction Of Boundary /Wall Hss Dadsarphase-Ii.- 1 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal ofinserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar 2 Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means includingstacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar 3 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed::Rate for a lead upto 25 meter beyond 1 m from cutting edge 4 Providing and laying of stone soiling dully hand packed including carriage of stone soling with loading unloading and stacking complete. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and shutering. All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1cement: 4fine sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)(Crushed). 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns 8 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 in super structure inCement mortar 1:6 ( cement : 6 Fine Sand. 9 Providing and laying copping 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete 10 12mm Cement Plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) . 11 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade onNew work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) 12 Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures mounted and fixed with 2 nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made upto M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing and fixing M.S. message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical M.S.-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coats including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cautionary/warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm support length of 3650mm. 13 carriage of material by mechanical Transport from source to site of work 14 Stone Agg for an average lead of 10 km. 15 Sand for an average lead of 10 km. 16 Bricks for an average lead of 30 km.
