    Tender For Interior Surface Improvement And Painting Work In House No. 17 Located In Gautampalli Colony - Dismantling Old Plaster or SkirtingRacking out joint and cleaning the surface for plasterincluding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metars lead. DSR No-15.56, 2 12 mm thick Cement Plaster with Cement mortar in proportion of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). DSR-13.4.1, 3 Removing White or Colour wash by Scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smoothincluding necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.DSR-13.88, 4 Providing and Applying white Cement based Putty of average thickness 1 mm. of approved brand and manufacture. Over the Plastered wall Surface to Prepare the Surface even and Smooth Complete. (DSR-13.80), 5 Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (VolatileOrganic Compound) Content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, lncluding applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two Coat, DSR.N0-13.82.2), 6 Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two of more coatson new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
