Tender For Upgradation Of Road Nagri Malpora Shodpora- 1 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade –VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On W.M.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm. 3 Providing and laying of 50 mm thick BM with bitumen of VG-10 grade @3.5% and filler (lime) 34% by weight of total mix on prepared surfaces with specified grade stone aggregate. Hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate. In hot mix plant transporting the mixed material with paver finisher and rolling with road roller as per IRC/ MOST/MORTH specification to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost and carriage involved from source to site of work completed . 4 Providing and laying of 25 mm thick Semi Dense bituminous macadam course using mineral aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specifications with 5% Binder content (by weight of total mix ) with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including roller with road roller of 8 to 10 tone capacity to achievethe requireddensity and compaction including cost and carriage of all materialsand labour loading ,unloading and all taxes involved on account of labour and material including Bitumin complete 5 Providing and laying of seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of VG -10 grade bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60cum of fine aggregate per 100sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete including cost and carriage of materials and labour , loading ,unloading and all taxes involved on account of labour and material including Bitumin complete
