Bids Are Invited For Spl Repairs to BER declared Wooden and Steel Furniture under GE Golconda and Renewal /Replacement of furnture items against surveyed off furniture at MCEME under GE MCEME Secunderbad Dressing Table Ladies incl Stool FD/MAPII/07 Dressing table ladies incl stool: - Overall size shall be all as shown on drg. The sides, top, back and front of the base shall be of 18mm thick ISI mark303gradeplywoodshallbelaminated with 0.7 mm sun mica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE). All edges after post form shall be sealed with 2mm PVC beading. Drawers shall be of 12mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sun mica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE).Bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial BWR grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.4 mm sun mica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE) whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mmsun mica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE).The drawers shall be made functional on telescopic channel as per makes mentioned in ATC . The drawers of the table shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles’-shape SS corner bracket brace support 30x30 mm to be provided. 5mm thick electro copper plated mirror (Make: Modigaurd/ Swastik/Saint gobin) shall be fixed over 6mm thick BWR grade plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .A horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sun mica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE).The top of the stool shall be of 12 mm thick BWR plywood openable as shown in drg. Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6 mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by GE. Make of Cushion: Sleep well/ Kurlon Finish & Polish: All wood surface shall be melamine polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg and as directed by Engr-incharge. Nos 11 2 Receptacle PVC FD/E6/MAP/13 The receptacle shall be of capacity 60ltrs DESCRIPTION: The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickness not less than 2.5mm,provided with swivel lid and iron handles on both sides as shown in drg. Make-Cello,TUPPERWARE or AMKO as shown in drg. Set 6 3 Table Computer FD/E6/MAP/03 Overall size 900mm long x600mm wide and x 750mm high Work surface shall be made out of 18mm thick ISI ply with 0.7mm laminate. Panel: Should be18mm thick ISI ply with 0.7 mm laminate as mentioned above. Lipping: The edge banding shall be done by 2 mm thick PVC tape by hot pressed machine of Matching colour.
