    Tender For Fixed Packaging Labour Charges 3 Mon 20 Packaging Charges - Tools 1 Manpower Services 2 Packing Charges – Tools Fixed manpower to be deployed at DSC complex packaging activities for Sheet-Plate packaging, housekeeping at workplace, repacking, unpacking, wooden pallet making and shifting, all packaging material inventory management activities as per requirement is in vendor scope. To be provide leg guard and arm guard in vendor scope. Required tools to be provided by vendor only without any delay in operation. Any delay due to non-availability of tools and manpower will be penalize as decided by management. • Associate must undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass. • Contractor should provide required number of relievers for safe operation. No operators will be permitted to work beyond 16 hrs. and should be given weekly off after every 6 days regularly. • Penalty will be applicable for violating safety/statutory norms, mobile policy/vehicle driving policy as per AMNS consequence management policy. • Contractor must ensure safe transport of their associates inside plant premises.
